The Ordinals Mail Standard ("OMS") is being offered as a web 3 communication standard for future applications to be built on, and is provided on an "as-is" basis and without any warranties, express or implied.

The creators behind the Ordinals Mail Standard are not responsible for any loss or damage that may result from the use of inscribing Messages in accordance to the OMS syntax on the Bitcoin Blockchain; including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, data privacy, intellectual property or any other harm or liability.

The users of the Ordinals Mail Standard (and future mail applications using the OMS) are solely responsible for complying with any applicable laws and regulations related to their use of sending message inscriptions, including but not limited to financial regulations, data privacy laws, and intellectual property laws.

The Ordinals Mail Standard is designed to be a decentralized and be used by anyone; therefore, we have no control over the actions or behavior of users inscribing in accordance with the OMS.

We reserve the right to modify the OMS syntax at any time, for any reason, without notice. However, we are unable to suspend, prevent, or terminate users sending Ordinals Mail and/or messages inscribed, as the Ordinals Mail Standard is decentralized and messages inscribed are immutable.

By reading the Ordinals Mail Standard ("OMS") Terms, you and any related or represented party acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer policy, and agree to be bound by these terms and to never hold us liable or responsible for the actions of users using the Ordinals Mail Standard.

We reserve the right to update, change, modify or replace any part of these Terms at our discretion by posting updates and changes. It is your responsibility to regularly check for changes to these Terms and follow them accordingly.
